Sunscreen in Indian Weather: What to Look For

Strong sun and humidity make sunscreen the most important product in your routine — and the one most people under-apply.

Read the label

Look for broad-spectrum protection, SPF 30 or above, and a PA+++ or PA++++ rating for UVA protection.

Pick a texture you’ll wear

Gel and fluid formulas sit lighter in humid weather. If you have oily skin, choose matte or non-comedogenic finishes.

Use enough

Two finger-lengths for face and neck is a good guide. Reapply after sweating, swimming, or every 2–3 hours outside.
